1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Petrocareerly’s website at petrocareerly.com and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Services

Petrocareerly provides professional development services for oil & gas professionals. Services include coaching sessions, career strategy planning, resume reviews, and related support.

3. Info Products

We offer digital products such as online courses, video tutorials, and e-publications focused on skill development in the oil & gas sector.

4. Physical Products

Petrocareerly may sell printed materials, manuals, and branded merchandise designed to support career growth in the oil & gas industry.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase of service subscriptions if fewer than two sessions have been used. Approved requests will be processed within fourteen (14) days by credit to the original method of payment. Services may be rescheduled up to two (2) times without penalty.

Certain premium packages and single-session bookings are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery and customized nature. This ensures availability of expert resources.

5.2 Info Products

Digital products may be refunded within five (5) days of download if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be issued within ten (10) days to the payment source.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical items may be eligible for a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery if returned in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of returned items at our premises.

6. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule booked services by providing at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests received after this period may incur fees or be deemed non-refundable for the affected session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on petrocareerly.com are the property of Petrocareerly or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petrocareerly’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
